About Us

Who are the Bnei Anusim?

Bnei Anusim means “children of the coerced.” It refers to descendants of Jews who were forced, under violence and pressure, to leave open Jewish life. Many families preserved traces of Jewish memory through customs, silence, names, food practices, candles, family stories, and longing.

Machon Bnei Anusim exists to help this search become serious, honest, and dignified. We do not sell fantasies. We offer a responsible path: listen carefully, document honestly, learn Torah seriously, and seek competent rabbinic and legal guidance where required.
